Certainly. Late check-out & early check-in requests are subject to availability. Please call or enquire with the Front of House the day you arrive / depart to see if there is availability. We are a boutique collection of townhouses with limited inventory and though we endeavor to make it possible – we cannot always grant these requests.

If the extension request is within two hours after checking-out time, we’d be more than happy to accord this at no extra charge / fee. However, if you require a longer extension, a half-day room charge (check out before 6pm) or a full-day charge (check out after 6pm) would be applicable.

Smoking is strictly not allowed in the bedrooms and indoor area. We kindly ask you to smoke in the outdoor areas of your terrace.

Yes, complimentary high-speed internet / WIFI access is available in each townhouse. One can sign in on multiple devices with the details provided in the welcome letter.

We do not have a gym on-premises; however, we are located 5 minutes by scooter to Berawa Beach, and we also have a private partnership with Nirvana, Bali’s most holistic gym.

We love dogs & pets but unfortunately, we do not allow them at the townhouse. Certified Guide Dogs are however permitted.

While we do allow children in our pool, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Swimming is at your own risk as we have no lifeguard on duty. Please note that the deepest section of the pool is 1.4 meters.

No, we do not have a spa in the townhouse; however, we do have a private partnership with Rejuvo who can also send masseuses to your townhouse if that is preferred.

• We suggest getting a GoJek from the airport which takes approx. 50 mins and costs about IDR 80,000-120,000 or USD $5-8. You can input “Vox Villas” in the app’s destination search bar.

• We would not recommend taxis but rather ride hailing applications – GoJek and/or Grab is preferred in Bali.

• We do not provide any shuttle service from the airport however we’d be more than happy to set up a private car transfer service for you.

Yes, each townhouse has a private car park situated in front of the home for our guests.

You must be 18 years of age with a valid official identification (ie. Passport, valid Photographed ID) to check in to the home.

We require a credit card at the time of booking. Our deposit and cancellation policy depend on the type of room and rates booked.

• When you check into the home, we will hold the full room charges on your card and will also collect an incidental deposit of IDR 1,000,000 (roughly USD $65) per night. This amount will be released back to your card (within 48-96 hours) upon check-out should no further services are consumed.
